When book orders are available for pick up by students, it will be announced in school. If not picked up at this time they will be in book room or junior office. The school cannot be held responsible for the books not picked up when announced to students.

Instructions for building a book order

One order and one payment per student name. Payments cannot be combined for 2 students in the same grade, or 2 students in different grades.

At checkout, you will asked to confirm the student's grade level, and their given and family names. You will than be asked for the parent's e-mail, name, address and payment method. You may choose to pay by cheque or PayPal.

 PayPal will permit you to use any major credit card.Your order confirmation will reflect that the order has been prepaid.

Cheque payments must be made payable to Bialik Home and School. Indicate the student's full name, grade level, and order confirmation number on the cheque. Staple cheque to order confirmation.

Once order is placed, an order confirmation will be emailed to you (if you don't get confirmation double check that your email address is correct). 
Orders must be printed out at home regardless if paid by VISA, Mastercard, or cheque. Submit printed order in an envelope with student's name and grade printed on envelope and hand in to the appropriate office. Preferred payment is credit card, but if you are paying by cheque - you must staple the cheque to the order confirmation form. Books will not be given to students if they did not hand in a printed confirmation. 

Distribution of Book Orders

The administration will advise the students on the designated day to pick up their book orders. It is very important that the students verify their bag of books as soon as they get them. Mistakes do happen, but verify this order first to ensure that you did order a specific book.

We understand that students do change classes and teachers and may need to change or order additional books. The Home and School volunteers will be available on a limited basis until Sept. 11th to handle additional orders and changes. In these cases, submit a new order form, following the same procedures. Books will be distributed until the morning of September 17. After September 17, please refer to the “Contact Information” tab at the top of the page for individual problem solving . If we can’t help, it is the students’ responsibility to purchase books on their own.

Back Orders

Welcome to the Bialik High School online bookstore.

The Bialik book sale is run by the Bialik Home and School Association, which is made up of parents who volunteer their time and are responsible for the book purchasing from various vendors, processing the students’ order forms, and the distribution of books to the students. In order for your student to receive their books in a timely manner, please respect the procedure and schedule below.
